Shipping Policy

At Champion Gearz, we're committed to offering a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Enjoy free nationwide shipping on all orders above R1500, so you can get your favorite sportswear without any extra charges. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Fast & Reliable Delivery 
We strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, delivery times can vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays.

1. Shipping Partners & Estimated Delivery  
   We work with trusted couriers, including The Courier Guy, Pep Paxi and Post Net, to ensure your order is delivered securely and on schedule.

2. Order Processing  
   Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment within 10-15 business days. Please note that any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following business day.

3. Shipping Notifications & Tracking 
   After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress directly through The Courier Guy’s system.

4. Shipping Fees 
We offer free nationwide delivery on orders above R1500 and charge a standard R120 on orders below R1500, but An extra fee applies for deliveries to government buildings, offices, remote areas, hospitals, power stations, mines, plots, or farms. This additional cost is required to cover the extra charges imposed by the courier for these locations. 

5. Accurate Address Information  
   Be sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Champion Gearz cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details.

6. Shipping Availability
   Currently, we only deliver within South Africa but are exploring options to expand internationally soon.

Possible Delays
Please note that, on rare occasions, delays from our suppliers may affect the processing time for certain orders. This could extend the estimated delivery date slightly, but rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
